Directions:
Located at the Southeast corner of Cass Street and Front Street in downtown Traverse City. We are on the second floor of the Milliken Building above Espresso Bay coffee shop.
Our Office
We are on the second floor of the historic Milliken Building. Although our office is in Suite H, we typically meet clients in Suite D, which has a spacious conference room. Suite D is through the glass double doors directly at the top of the large staircase, or directly to your left if you are using the elevator. The building was built in 1889 and served as the Stage-Milliken Department Store for many years. For history aficionados: our office was built on what was the original Tea Room at the old store. The original masonry is still intact and visible in the basement of Espresso Bay.
